Jennifer Pilate boasts an extensive 40-year background in mortgage banking. Alongside her husband, Felton Pilate of Confunkshun, she actively builds and manages multiple ventures. They co-founded The Pilate Foundation, dedicated to empowering women to re-enter the workforce with confidence, competence, and integrity through comprehensive support and education. Their other venture, Felstar Studios, provides an inclusive environment for students of diverse backgrounds and ages to explore their musical talents, fostering creativity and intellectual growth. Additionally, through her foundation, she identifies, selects and honors recipients of The Presidential Lifetime Achievement Award, which is one of the highest civilian honors and prestigious awards in this country and the most rewarding opportunity of her life.
Jennifer serves as the CFO of United Spirits Media Group, where her diverse background and business acumen are instrumental in driving the company's success.
