Peter Van Brunt

Transitioning from the management consulting industry, Peter Van Brunt brings a wealth of experience in providing structured finance solutions to small companies looking to expand their operations, secure marketing capital, and finance mergers and acquisitions. In this role, he successfully restructured capital markets for small publicly traded companies to facilitate asset acquisition. His expertise lies in debt, equity, and non-depletion financing for clients.
Prior to this, Mr. Van Brunt held leadership positions in various industries. He served as the CEO of a small publicly traded company, where he also led a software publishing company holding development licenses with Super Nintendo, Sega Genesis, and Sony Play Station. Additionally, he was the Chief Negotiator and Senior Vice President for an African Trade and Development Company, overseeing contracts to trade physical assets from Africa to Europe and the USA.
Further building on his experience, he has served as the Senior Vice President of Business Affairs and Assistant General Counsel for a major entertainment company, focusing on international music licensing. He played a pivotal role in managing the company's Midem Marketing operations in Cannes, France, for over a decade.
An esteemed alumnus of Columbia University of New York (B.A.) and the University of La Verne (J.D.), he has honed his skills as an editor of the Law Review. With a global perspective, he possesses a deep understanding of finance, private-sector economic development, and the impact of globalization on interconnected economies. Throughout his career, he has traveled extensively and conducted business in Europe and Africa, solidifying his reputation as a versatile and astute entrepreneur.
